Dear Super La France Families,

Welcome to another wonderful school year at La France Elementary School!  The first day of school is quickly approaching – Tuesday, August 16. The staff and I are thrilled to share another year of learning together with all of our wonderful La France Lions. Our theme for the year is Superheroes- Be a Hero!

As always, we encourage our school community to support efforts by using our digital resources. La France also uses twitter, so please follow us (@lafrancelions) to learn about the great things happening at school.  Please make sure that your email addresses are up to date with the school office so that you are receiving all information. You may also be interested in joining our Facebook as well.

Please feel free to contact us with your questions or comments.  Thank you for your continued commitment to your child's education and unwavering dedication to La France Elementary School.

See you at school soon!

Hope Morgan Bass

Dear La France Parents
Safety throughout our campuses continues to be a critical priority. As part of this process we continue to explore new opportunities to ensure that we are doing everything reasonable to make our campuses as safe as possible for our students. We also recognize that it is important to help children and their families feel safe. Starting immediately, visitors to our schools and the Central Office will be asked to identify their name and nature of their visit prior to receiving access into our Anderson 4 facilities. We thank you in advance for your observance of this safety practice.

School Digital Sign Birthday Message
Starting this week, you may pay $5.00 for your child's name to be on the school sign wishing them a happy birthday for the entire day. This is a fundraiser for our school and children get to feel extra special as well! You will need to come to the front office and pay $5.00 cash at least two days before the birthday as well as fill out the form for the birthday message to ensure it is correctly spelled.

SchoolBlocks offers a unique and powerful personalized search system. A member of the public, searching for "homework" might see an announcement from the school as the first result. However, if the user is logged in, they would see their teacher’s latest homework assignment as the top result.
